Pre-start checklist for automatic edge banding machine after arrival
Unpack and inspect machine & spare parts, remove all transport fixing brackets.
Position machine and level it with adjustable feet.
Connect air pipe, set air pressure 0.6–0.7 MPa, check air leak.
Connect 3-phase power with reliable earth ground.
Connect dust extraction pipe.
Clean machine, manually check all moving units for jamming, lubricate chains & guides.
Check cutter blades, fasten all screws.
Fill glue pot with glue pellets, load edge banding tape.
Safety check: emergency stop, safety guards, no tools left inside machine.
Now power on, heat glue pot, run dry test, test with waste board before mass production.
